Toys for Tots
The Russell County Jaycees sponsored the local coat drive for head start by purchasing winter coats for head start students in the Jamestown Head start program. The students were very proud to get these warm winter coats and the Jaycees were very happy to be able to help out.
Annual Radio Auction - November 26 and 27, 2008
This is to raise money for the Jaycee's annual Toys for Tots Christmas Program. Items will be donated by local business and individuals. We will be aired on WJRS 104.9 and also on Duo- County cable on channel 2. Most items will be able to be seen on the cable channel Auction Time 6-9 PM both Nights. Tune in and bid and buy items for you to give for Christmas and to help support the Toys for Tots campaign.
